Regional Convention Volunteer Form '27

Design a logo that represents the spirit, theme, and mission of our Convention. “United on Mission: Called to Testify” The winning logo may be used on promotional materials, apparel, social media, signage, or printed publications.

Design Requirements:
Must reflect the Convention theme and purpose.
Original artwork only (no copyrighted or AI-generated images unless fully owned by the designer).
Design should be clear, creative, and easy to recognize.
Logo must work in both color and black-and-white formats.
Design should remain readable when resized for small and large applications.
Avoid excessive detail that may not reproduce well on shirts, banners, or digital media.

Submission Requirements:
Submit logo as a high-resolution PNG or JPG file.
Include a vector version (AI, EPS, or SVG) if available.
Provide a brief description (50–100 words) explaining the design concept.
Include designer’s name, email address, and phone number.

Judging Criteria:
Creativity and originality
Relevance to the Convention theme
Visual appeal
Versatility for print and digital use
Overall impact and memorability

Contest Rules:
All entries must be submitted by the stated deadline.
Multiple entries are permitted (maximum of 3 submissions per person).
By entering, participants grant the Convention organizers permission to use, modify, and reproduce the logo for Convention-related purposes.
The judges’ decision is final.

Prize:
Winner will receive recognition during the Convention and have their logo featured as the official Convention logo.
